1. Agreement
By accessing the MAVRIX FUTURE website or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Services
MAVRIX FUTURE provides digital strategy, website development, SEO, AEO, GEO and social media marketing services. The specific scope, deliverables, fees and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work.
3. Fees and payment
Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. Project fees are invoiced according to the milestones defined in the applicable proposal. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Late payments may incur interest and suspension of services.
4. Client responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access to accounts, assets, approvals and feedback required for the work. Delays caused by missing input may extend project timelines and do not reduce agreed fees.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables produced specifically for a client are assigned to the client, except for any pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how of MAVRIX FUTURE, which remain our property. We may reference the engagement in our portfolio and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during an engagement and to use it only for the purpose of that engagement.
7. Warranties and disclaimers
We deliver services with professional skill and care. Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control; we do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue outcomes or third-party platform behaviour. The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a retainer with 30 days' written notice after the initial term. Fees for work already performed and non-cancellable commitments remain payable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction stated in the relevant engagement contract. Disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
